Description of service

NorthAura Flow is a clinical study and reference companion designed for nursing professionals and students. Features include clinical guides, medication references, NCLEX practice, documentation templates, AI study coaching, and subscription-based tools. The App is intended to support education and clinical reasoning only; it does not replace institutional protocols, licensed clinical judgment, or direct patient care oversight.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should only use the App under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized educational institution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the account or billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

Acceptable use

User content

You retain ownership of any notes, bookmarks, templates, or other content you create in the App ('User Content'). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the App. We do not claim ownership of your clinical notes or study materials. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate privacy laws, institutional policies, or the rights of others.

AI-generated content

The App may use artificial intelligence to generate study explanations, documentation suggestions, and clinical reference content. AI output is informational and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for a specific clinical situation. You should always verify AI-generated content against authoritative sources, institutional protocols, and your own clinical judgment before relying on it for patient care decisions.

Medical disclaimer

NorthAura Flow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for educational and professional reference purposes only. Always follow the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals, institutional policies, and applicable standards of care. Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and data compilations, is owned by NorthAuracollectiveofficial.com and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time. Limitation of liability
